Description:
As an Industrial Engineer trainee, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team on a variety of projects in one or more of the following areas:
1. Packaging
– Optimization of packaging line performance.
– Analysis of stoppages and implementation of solutions to reduce losses.
– Automate repetitive tasks and improve procedures.
2. Manufacturing
– Reduce production waste.
– Analysis and optimization of raw material flows.
– Projects to improve the quality of finished products.
3. Maintenance
– Implementation of a predictive maintenance strategy.
– Optimization of corrective maintenance operations.
– Digitization and improvement of equipment monitoring.
4. Utility management
– Reducing energy and water consumption.
– Circular economy projects (waste recovery, reuse of treated water).
– Implementation of environmental performance indicators.
5. Continuous improvement
– Diagnosis and optimization of production processes according to Lean principles.
– Training and awareness-raising of operators in continuous improvement methods.
– Management of Kaizen or 5S projects.
Profile required:
Engineering student, specializing in industry, mechanics, agri-food, or equivalent.
Interest in operational excellence and/or sustainable development.
Skills in data analysis, project management and Lean tools.
Autonomy, initiative, and ability to work in a team.
Conditions and duration:
