BRASSERIE DE TAHITI is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER

Reporting to the Industrial Director and supervising a team of two, he/she coordinates and optimizes industrial engineering and product development projects on our production sites. He/she liaises between the departments involved in projects (marketing, sales, production, maintenance, quality and purchasing) to guarantee the profitability, quality and innovation of our ranges of products.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

In charge of maintaining the quality assurance system in production and monitoring action plans related to product quality, he/she :

– Assists teams in defining requirements and formalizing project arguments;
– Analyze production processes and suggest improvements (productivity, safety, ergonomics).
– Defines the charter for industrial projects and new products, and draws up specifications;
– Prospect and liaise with suppliers and external service providers;
– Plans and monitors the various stages of projects;
– Identifies risks and coordinates corrective actions with the various parties involved;
– Ensures regulatory compliance and compliance with internal and external requirements for all projects.
– Coordinates the design and testing of prototypes and the development of new recipes or packaging.
– Plans and monitors quality tests prior to industrial launch.

PROFILE:

– Engineer in industrial, mechanical or agri-food engineering.
– At least 5 years’ experience in industrial project management and/or agri-food product development;
– Mastery of project management methods and tools (V cycle, Lean approaches, MS Project, Teams).
– Good knowledge of agri-food processes and safety standards.
– Leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to lead change and unite teams;
– Thoroughness, analytical skills and ability to summarize.
– Autonomy, responsiveness and sense of priorities.
