Packaging<br \/>&#8211; Optimization of packaging line performance.<br \/>&#8211; Analysis of stoppages and implementation of solutions to reduce losses.<br \/>&#8211; Automate repetitive tasks and improve procedures.<\/p>\n<p>2. Manufacturing<br \/>&#8211; Reduce production waste.<br \/>&#8211; Analysis and optimization of raw material flows.<br \/>&#8211; Projects to improve the quality of finished products.<\/p>\n<p>3. Maintenance<br \/>&#8211; Implementation of a predictive maintenance strategy.<br \/>&#8211; Optimization of corrective maintenance operations.<br \/>&#8211; Digitization and improvement of equipment monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>4. Utility management<br \/>&#8211; Reducing energy and water consumption.<br \/>&#8211; Circular economy projects (waste recovery, reuse of treated water).<br \/>&#8211; Implementation of environmental performance indicators.<\/p>\n<p>5.
